Use of the Service BuiltWise provides tools for contractors and service professionals to create estimates, quotes, project details, and related documents. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for illegal purposes. 2. Accounts & Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. BuiltWise is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your actions or failure to secure your account. 3. Subscription & Billing Access to contractor features requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; however, all subscription payments are non-refundable. 4. Client Access Non-contractor clients may be granted access to view and approve quotes. Clients do not gain access to contractor tools or settings. 5. No Refund Policy All sales, subscription charges, and recurring payments are final and non-refundable. 6. Disclaimer of Warranty BuiltWise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted service, or the suitability of the platform for any specific purpose. 7. Limitation of Liability BUILTWISE Company is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. 8. Modifications to the Service We may update or modify BuiltWise at any time without prior notice, including features, pricing, or terms. 9.
